The fitness app provides digital fitness and wellness content, including training plans, nutritional information, and other features to support your fitness journey. In addition, merchandise products are offered for purchase through the website.

3. Formation of Contract:
The contract for the use of the app is formed when you download the app and register an account. The purchase contract for merchandise products is formed when you place an order through the website, and we confirm this order.

4. Prices and Payment Terms:
The prices for app usage are displayed within the app, and merchandise prices are displayed on the website. All prices include applicable VAT as required by Swiss law. Additional costs, such as shipping fees, will be clearly displayed before completing your order. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered in the app or on the website.

5. Delivery and Shipping:
Digital content in the app is available immediately upon registration. Paid content, such as premium subscriptions, becomes available immediately after purchase. Merchandise products are shipped to the address provided by you. Delivery times depend on the destination and will be communicated before you finalize your purchase. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not liable for delays caused by external circumstances such as logistical issues or customs processing.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy:
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of merchandise items within 5 days of receiving the product without providing a reason. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
